WHO IS OBLIGED TO REPORT?
Every company that meets 2 of the following 3 criteria as of the balance sheet date will be subject to reporting obligations in accordance with the CSRD from 1 January 2025!
From 01.2026, capital market-oriented small and medium-sized enterprises will also be required to report if they exceed 2 of the following 3 criteria on the balance sheet date.
